1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Love LTL Logistics LLC, trading as Love Your Life Training ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using this website (the "Service"), you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

We provide online video courses, written materials, and downloadable resources focused on building a work-from-home business. Course content, pricing, and availability may change from time to time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not allow others to:

• use the Service unlawfully or in violation of these Terms;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate any person;
• infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing, scraping at scale, or bypassing rate limits or technical restrictions;
• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the course content, in whole or in part, including by sharing your account with others.

5. Licence to use the courses

When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and view the course content for your own learning. The licence is lifetime for as long as we continue to offer the course and you remain in compliance with these Terms.

All intellectual property in the Service and the course content — including videos, written materials, downloadable resources, software, branding, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.

6. Payments and taxes

Prices are shown on the relevant checkout page and may exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at the point of sale. All purchases are one-time payments unless we expressly describe an offer as a subscription at the point of sale.

7. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. To request a refund, email support@loveyourlife.training.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Where possible we will give you reasonable notice.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay sums due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination, your right to access the course content ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

10. Disclaimers

The Service and course content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Course content is educational and is not personalised financial, legal, tax, or professional advice; you remain responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant course in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. U.S. customers only and governing law

Our courses are sold and delivered only to customers located in the United States. By purchasing, you confirm you are a U.S. resident. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of the seller's residence in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in that state will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
