We want you to be confident in your purchase from Love LTL Logistics LLC, trading as Love Your Life Training Training. If our courses aren't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

Refunds are at our discretion once substantial course content has been accessed.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@loveyourlife.training with the email address and order details you used at checkout.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary and are outside our control.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, your access to the refunded course is revoked. If you purchased a bundle and only part of it is refunded, access to the refunded item ends while the remainder stays active.

Beyond the 14-day window

After the 14-day money-back guarantee window, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer-protection law. We're happy to support reasonable requests; please get in touch.
