AI Disclosure
We believe in being upfront about how artificial intelligence is used across this website, our marketing, and our course materials. This notice explains where AI is involved and what that means for you as a customer. It supplements our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice, and Legal Disclaimer.
1. Course content is created with the help of AI
The written lessons, chapter outlines, scripts, workbooks, and other instructional materials in our courses are produced with the assistance of generative AI tools (large language models such as GPT-class systems). Course content is then organized, edited, fact-checked where applicable, and published by Love LTL Logistics LLC, trading as Love Your Life Training.
AI can make mistakes. While we make a reasonable effort to review material before publishing, course content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying any specific fact, regulation, license requirement, price, or procedure against authoritative primary sources before acting on it. If you spot something that looks wrong, please email support@loveyourlife.training and we will review and update.
2. Illustrations and characters are AI-generated
The people, faces, characters, and lifestyle scenes shown across this site — including the homepage hero image, course cover art, and other marketing imagery — are AI-generated illustrations. They are not photographs of real students, real instructors, or real customers, and they are not testimonials. They are stylized artwork used purely to communicate the feel of each course.
Where small profile-style avatars appear in social-proof elements (for example, rows of round portraits next to a "students worldwide" line), those images are generic placeholder avatars and likewise do not depict identified individual customers.
3. Marketing copy and website text
Portions of the marketing copy, headlines, page descriptions, email content, and SEO metadata across this site are drafted or refined with the assistance of AI writing tools, and then reviewed before publishing. Pricing, refund terms, legal statements, and policy documents are reviewed by humans before they go live.
4. No fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
Consistent with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and the Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465), we do not publish AI-generated customer reviews, fabricated testimonials, or AI-generated quotes attributed to real or fictional students. Any review, quote, or endorsement published on this site is from a real person who actually experienced the product, or is removed.
Aggregate statements such as "trusted by [number] of students" or star-rating indicators are presented as general brand statements and not as individual endorsements. We do not claim that AI-generated images depict identified customers.
5. No earnings guarantees
Our courses teach business and career skills. We do not guarantee any specific level of income, employment, or business outcome. Results depend on individual effort, skill, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. See our Legal Disclaimer for the full earnings and results disclosure.
6. AI and your personal data
We do not train third-party AI models on your account data, support messages, or course progress. Where we send any input to a third-party AI provider as part of operating the service (for example, to draft a transactional email or generate illustrative content), we do so under that provider's standard terms and we do not transmit your sign-in credentials, billing card details, or other sensitive identifiers for that purpose. See our Privacy Notice for the full data processing disclosure.
7. Reporting AI-related concerns
If you believe a piece of content on this site is inaccurate, misleading, or improperly attributed, or if you have questions about how AI is used here, email support@loveyourlife.training. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
8. Changes to this notice
As our use of AI evolves, we will update this notice. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the site.
