You'll learn how the loan signing industry works, what a notary signing agent actually does on a refinance, purchase, HELOC, reverse mortgage, or seller package, and how independent NSAs build a steady book of business with title companies, escrow officers, and signing services. Covers the standard NSA workflow — receiving the order, reviewing the package, confirming the appointment, conducting the signing, scanning backs, and dropping the package — plus pricing, marketing, recurring-client strategy, and the simple tech stack most successful NSAs use. IMPORTANT — WHAT THIS COURSE IS AND IS NOT: This is an independent business training program. It is NOT a notary commission course, NOT a state-approved notary education program, and we do NOT commission notaries, issue notary stamps, provide E&O insurance, or grant any signing-agent certification. Notary commissioning is handled exclusively by your state (typically the Secretary of State); becoming an NSA additionally requires a background check and certification through a third-party provider such as the NNA (National Notary Association), Notary2Pro, or Loan Signing System — none of which are affiliated with Love Your Life Training.
